Fine: 2nd Offense: $431

Show proof to the court of active insurance on the date of the citation, and after verification, citation will be presented to the Judge for dismissal with no fee.

Expired Registration

Fine: $195
Dismissal fee of $20 may be assessed with the following required conditions:

Must show proof of payment of late registration fee to County Assessor-Collector
Correct violation and present proof to the court before the defendant’s first court appearance date

A passing Inspection will be required by the DMV at the time Registration is renewed

Expired Drivers License

Fine: $240
A dismissal fee of $20 may be assessed with the following required conditions:

Correct violation and present proof to the court before the defendant’s 1st court appearance date

Failure to Display Driver’s License

Fine: $225
A dismissal fee of $10 may be assessed with the following required conditions:

Valid driver’s license must be presented to the court before the defendant’s first court appearance date

Fail to Report Change of Address or Name

Fine: $225
A dismissal fee of $20 may be assessed with the following required conditions:

Correct violation and present proof to the court before the defendant’s first court appearance date

Defective Equipment

Fine: $215
Dismissal fee of $10 may be assessed with the following required conditions:

Correct violation and present proof to the court before the defendant’s first court appearance date
