Trash and Recycling is serviced for Hickory Creek residents every Thursday. Should a major holiday fall on a Thursday, trash and recycling will occur that Friday. Call Republic Services at 972.316.0789 for a missed pickup.

Scheduling a home collection is as easy as 1-2-3. The items listed below are the most commonly collected, you will be provided specific details for your community. Hickory Creek residents are allowed to dispose of one standard pickup truck bed (max 3 cubic yards) of waste per month at the DFW Landfill in Lewisville, Texas ( 1600 S. Railroad, Lewisville, Texas 75067, Phone: 469.373.4066 ) at no additional charge. Material must be covered by a tarp by state law. Residents must bring their current bill and driver’s license with Hickory Creek address.
Medical Waste Disposal
Hickory Creek Town Hall has a Med Return Drug Collection Unit so you can properly dispose of expired and unused medicines. Below is a list of what can be deposited in the Med Return.
