I look forward to serving the next two years and to continue down the path of conservative smart growth. I will continue to drive quality results from TX DOT during the I-35 expansion and will lead tough negotiations with town vendors, project bidders, and engineers. I am passionate about my town and my neighbors, I volunteer to serve you.

Other Service

My family and I live in the Lakeview at Pointe Vista neighborhood where I previously served as the first home owner on the developer board of directors. In 1995 I earned a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and Organic Chemistry. I work for Motorola’s most reputable distributor in the US, Mobile Communications America as a sales manager. I am a Board of Director for the Lake Cities Chamber of Commerce, Director on the Denton County United Way Workforce Leadership task force, as well as previously served on the School board for the private school that my daughter attended. The Denton County Community Emergency Response team certified me for search and rescue as well as Disaster Relief and Recovery when volunteers are called upon. I love to boat and play softball every Friday during the 5 seasons annually. I also own a sports memorabilia store (The Cowboy House) that supports the Lake Cities area, and last year we donated to over 25- 501c3 organizations to help our community.

Personal Life

My wife Jennifer is the owner of Quick Ship Mail and Business Center that also supports the Lake Cities area. We have a beautiful daughter named Emma who was born in August 2006 and is the joy of our life. Together we also own The Cowboy Carwash in the Lake Cities community.
